MedicLogs is hiring an experienced RCM Executive to manage and optimize healthcare revenue cycle processes. The candidate will be responsible for claim management, payment follow-ups, denial resolution, and improving revenue collection for healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complete revenue cycle management processes.
- Handle claim submission, tracking, and follow-ups.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Perform insurance verification and eligibility checks.
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and payment status.
- Prepare billing reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and billing teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in US healthcare RCM processes.
- Knowledge of medical billing workflows.
- Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Experience with claim portals and billing software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
