MedicLogs is looking for a skilled Medical Billing Specialist to manage healthcare billing processes and ensure accurate claim submissions, payment tracking, and insurance coordination. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of medical billing procedures and experience working with healthcare documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit medical claims to insurance companies.
- Review patient records and billing information for accuracy.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
- Verify insurance information and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Understanding of US healthcare insurance processes.
